Base size is fitted, then graded across the run so bulk does not drift from the approved sample.

Sublimation
When the style needs all-over colour, fabric is printed and heat-set before it reaches the cutting table.

Cutting
Fabric is checked for GSM and shrinkage, then cut in bulk lays so panels stay consistent across the order.

Stitching
